We waited 13 minutes before we had to go up and ask for service.
Then it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive.
Then we had to ask for refills several times and waited forever for those.
We observed several other tables/customers getting upset as well for the service issues
and the food quality.
My bun was overcooked and crunchy, however, I was not about to wait another 1/2 hour for them
to make another one!
We were never brought our check, so I had to go up to the register and tell them.
The male manager yells across the restaurant to the server for our check.
I presented our coupons and still don't know if they were correctly rang up.
I asked for a receipt and the manager states he can give me one, but it won't show the discounts??!!
What is up with that? So he finally locates and gives me the original receipt.
I called the customer service line printed on the receipt and told them all about our
terrible experience. Hopefully, they will so something about this.
So they say "It's worth the wait!" We tend to disagree completely!
